Marrakech – Agafay desert ( Private Day Trip )

Ideal for whoever is fascinated by untouched landscapes and does not have enough time to travel to the Sahara.

Agafay desert is located on the outskirts of Marrakech, about one hour’s drive away and it is definitely worth visiting if you have some extra time while you are in the ochre city.

As you leave the city behind, you will encounter a lush vegetation made of olive and orange trees and a few Berber villages until you reach the Agafay desert, with views of the mighty Atals Mountains on the horizon.

Agafay is a stony but yet a real desert and although you will not see the sandy dunes that you would find in the South of Morocco, this magical and peaceful place will make you feel as you are miles away from civilization.

Our ‘basic’ tour includes one hour camel trek, one hour quad biking and a typical Moroccan dinner in a Berber house.

This particular tour can be highly customized according to your own preferences, including the pick up time, the quad biking duration and the place where you wish to have your lunch or even dinner.
